1 SHIPPING POLICY
All orders WITHIN Greece and Nairobi Kenya will be dispatched in 2 business days after placing your order. Orders outside both Greece but within Europe / Nairobi but within Kenya will be shipped in 3 business days.
The charging rates for shipping your order is based on the region/geographical location that you’re in.
2 EXCHANGE POLICY
You can exchange a product within 3 days after placing your order; with proof of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition,unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached. Untagged items should be returned with original packaging. No refunds hence acceptance for product exchange.

Once received, all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis; including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our client. Please note it takes 3 business days to issue the product exchange.
Potential fraud or abuse of this policy including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in rejection of future transactions or returns.
